These terms apply when you order from Lucid Dreams on this website. By placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing here takes away your rights under Philippine consumer law.

Who we are. Lucid Dreams is a clothing brand from the Philippines. Reach us at ld.dev@luciddreamsarchives.com or on Instagram at @ld.archives (opens in a new tab).

Orders. Placing an order sends us a request; it is not final yet. We message you to confirm the items, the shipping fee and how to pay. Your order is final once we have confirmed it with you and, for GCash, Maya or bank transfer, received your payment.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item has sold out, if a price was shown in error, or if we cannot reach you. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

Prices. Prices are in Philippine pesos (₱). Shipping is added unless your order ships free (see Shipping). The total we confirm with you by message is the total you pay.

Payment. You can pay by GCash, Maya, bank transfer or cash on delivery. We send payment details when we confirm your order. We will never ask for card numbers, passwords or one-time PINs.

Shipping. We ship anywhere in the Philippines. Orders of ₱3,000 or more ship free; below that, we tell you the courier rate for your address when we confirm your order. Orders leave within 1–2 business days of payment (or of confirmation, for cash on delivery) and usually arrive 3–7 business days after that. These are estimates, not guarantees. If a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, message us and we will sort it out with the courier.

Returns and exchanges. You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn and unwashed, with its tags on. Message us first and we will tell you how to send it back.

LD Custom tees are made to order and printed for you, so they are final sale. We replace or refund one only if it arrives faulty or we sent the wrong one.

• Once we receive and check the item, we refund it to your original payment method. For cash on delivery, we refund by GCash, Maya or bank transfer.
• If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, we cover the return shipping. Otherwise, the cost of sending it back is yours.
• Exchanges depend on the size or colour you want being in stock.

Sizes and colours. Check the size guide before you order. Colours can look slightly different on screens.

Our designs. The Lucid Dreams name, logo, artwork and photos belong to Lucid Dreams. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

Our responsibility. We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, as described. Beyond that, and except where the law says otherwise, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.
