This notice explains what Lucid Dreams collects when you order or sign up on this website, why we collect it, who helps us handle it and how long we keep it. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Who we are. Lucid Dreams is a clothing brand from the Philippines. For anything about your personal data, email ld.dev@luciddreamsarchives.com.

When you order, we collect:

• your name, email address and mobile number, and your Instagram handle if you give it;
• your delivery address: street and barangay, city or municipality, province and ZIP code;
• what you ordered, the payment method you chose, and any note you add.

We use these details only to confirm your order and payment with you, deliver it, handle returns and exchanges, and keep our sales records. Nothing is charged on this site, and we never ask for card numbers, passwords or one-time PINs.

When you sign up for news, we collect only your email address, to tell you when a new collection is ready. To stop, email ld.dev@luciddreamsarchives.com and we will remove your address.

What stays in your browser. Your bag is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back; it holds only the items, not your details. After you order, your order number and contact details are kept in that browser tab to show the confirmation page, and are cleared when you close it. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who helps us. We share your details only with the services we need to run the shop, and never sell them or use them for advertising:

• Google (Sheets and Gmail): orders and sign-ups are stored in a Google Sheet in the brand's Google account, and the order notifications we receive are sent through Gmail. Google may store this data on servers outside the Philippines.
• Resend sends your order confirmation email. It receives your email address, first name, order number, the items and the payment method you chose.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and runs Turnstile, a check that tells people from bots when a form is sent. Cloudflare may also count page visits for us without cookies.
• Sanity stores the website's content and serves its photos. As with any website, your browser's standard request details, such as your IP address, reach the service that sends each photo.
• The courier that delivers your order receives your name, address and mobile number.

Orders for a collab placed on a partner's own form go straight to that partner and are handled under their terms.

How long we keep it. We keep order details for as long as we need them for your order, any return or exchange, and our accounting records, and for no more than five years; then we delete them. We keep a news sign-up until you ask us to remove it.

Your rights. You can ask us what personal data we hold about you and for a copy of it, have it corrected, object to how we use it, and have it deleted or blocked. Email ld.dev@luciddreamsarchives.com and we will reply as soon as we can. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can also complain to the National Privacy Commission (opens in a new tab).

Changes. If we change this notice, we will update it on this page with a new date.
